For people who feel trapped in negative food cycles or guilt and shame, this meditation-based mindful eating course helps you create a calmer, more peaceful relationship with food by reconnecting to your inner power.

For many people, food isn’t just food.

It’s stress, rules, “good” and “bad” days, and a constant conversation in your head about what you should or shouldn’t be doing. You swing between being “good” and feeling totally out of control, and no matter what you try, guilt always seems to come back.

This is for you if…
  • You think about food far more than you want to and feel guilty after eating
  • You swing between strict rules and “I’ve blown it, so what’s the point?”
  • You feel ashamed of your eating habits, even if no one else would guess
  • You eat to cope with stress, overwhelm, or hard emotions
  • You’re tired of more diets and are ready for a gentler, more mindful way to live your life
  • Deep down, you know there’s a calmer, more empowered version of you around food

What this course will help you experience

This course is designed to help you create a relationship with food that feels calm, kind, and grounded. Through gentle meditations and simple mindful eating practices, you’ll learn to slow down, listen to your body, and reconnect to the part of you that already knows how to care for yourself.

After the course, you’ll be able to:

  • Notice and soften harsh, critical thoughts about food and your body
  • Use short meditations to calm anxiety and cravings before they take over
  • Eat more slowly and mindfully so you actually taste and enjoy your food
  • Catch autopilot behaviors like bingeing, grazing, or “numb” eating sooner
  • Make choices from self‑respect and inner power rather than from guilt or fear
  • Feel more peaceful and trusting in your relationship with food

During our time together, we'll explore:

  • Gentle meditations to soften guilt and all‑or‑nothing thinking
  • Calming the food noise in your mind before and after meals
  • Mindful eating rituals you can actually use in real life
  • Practices to reconnect with your body’s cues and inner power

You don’t need to keep feeling stuck in old thought patterns and behaviors. You need a more regulated nervous system so you can approach eating with confidence  and kindness. During our time together, we'll explore different meditation styles you can use before a meal or anytime you may be stressed with food. This is a gentle, structured journey you can take at your own pace, with practices that fit into a real life.

You’ll also get:

  • Guided audio meditations you can listen to anytime
  • Simple prompts you can revisit whenever you feel yourself slipping into old patterns
  • Downloadble PDF workbook

If you’re ready for a kinder relationship with food…

You don’t need to fix yourself or earn your worth before you can feel at peace with food. You just need a safe, structured way to slow down, listen inward, and build new patterns with support. This course is your invitation to do exactly that.

I'M READY!

This is not another diet

There are enough rules, programs, and “plans” telling you what to eat. This course doesn’t hand you another set of restrictions. Instead, it gives you inner tools: nervous system calming, kinder self‑talk, mindful presence, and a deeper connection to your own body’s wisdom.

Meet Your Teacher

Hi, I'm Kaitlyn, a Yoga Therapist and Nutritionist who specializes in teaching people how to use yoga and Ayurveda practices to better understand yourself as a means to build deeper connection and confidence with food.

I created Meditations for Mindful Eating because I know how exhausting it is to live in constant food rules, guilt, and “all or nothing” thinking. For years, I struggled with disordered eating, body dysmorphia, and low self-esteem.

Finding yoga, I realized the profound connection yoga had on my mental health and my confidence around my food choices. Over time, gentle meditation, nervous system work, and mindful eating helped me soften old patterns and build a kinder, calmer relationship with food. Now I guide other people through the same process, in a space that’s shame‑free and grounded in compassion, not control.
